Friendly staff and a decent room size with good facilities. The English full breakfast was also very good. We had a really great time here.
Amazing hotel, but what is even more it is staff who are so helpful. We travel a lot around UK and world and this gets to be probably one of the best value hotels we ever stayed in. Keep up with everything, you are doing great!
Quiet location despite excellent access to the motorway and city centre. The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are small but modern and recently renovated! Be sure to provide your car number for parking, otherwise it will be expensive (this happened to a colleague!). However, under normal circumstances, you will be asked for it at check-in.
Excellent hotel, comfy bed, superb friendly team and dog friendly rooms available too. Plenty of parking. Excellent breakfast options, other meals available too plus bar and great coffee. Highly recommended.
Clean and modern rooms and breakfast area, friendly helpful staff ( Vicki and Jo on reception were particularly good) comfortable beds and easy parking; we're rebooked for our next trip north
What a really nice hotel. Comfy bed, great shower and even better a great breakfast. Even though we were working on the premises for a few days, the staff service was excellent and they were accommodating and friendly. If we come to Warrington again we will stay here.
Lovely 2 night stay, great location and easy access to Manchester City centre and Trafford centre. India was very friendly and attentive. Kai was very helpful at breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed. Would come again, thanks.
My second year on the trot staying here for the Damnation music festival in Manchester. Excellent pricing, convenient location for the motorways, great service, I also like the fact the toiletries in the room are labelled vegan. There’s enough to make a half decent vegan breakfast in the morning, just a shame the mushrooms are cooked in dairy and not oil! Vegan sausages available on request, although there is no sign telling you this. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t particularly good. Free parking which was certainly a bonus these days! Overall though, a great hotel and I recommend it. Back next year!
